I'm a busy working mummy but fully embracing what life has to offer to Gen X's! I'm fully loving life ...whatever it throws at me & the adversities I'm challenged with, I face them full on, with a smile & positive vibes. Life can be tough! but having a strong mental & physical attitude means that we can get through it with grace, pride & dignity! By feeling & looking great, we manifest that energy back & can cope with any inevitable setbacks. My blog takes us on a journey, to realise our best selves! through great nutrition, fashion, health, beauty & glossy locks, all written with the fabulous over 40's in mind! Whilst some of us may fear the imminent approach of the 40s ...it's easier than we think & embracing the changes is what gives us balance & bravery!
